FDM (fused deposition modeling) is the workhorse of on-demand manufacturing: brackets, enclosures, jigs, fixtures, replacement parts, and full production runs.
Our fleet covers fast modern machines with different build volumes and price points — your quote is priced against the specific printer that will run your part, so a simple bracket doesn't pay flagship-machine rates.
Materials range from easy PLA to outdoor-safe ASA and PETG, flexible TPU, and stiff carbon-fiber composites. Layer height, infill (1–100%), and color are all yours to pick, with the price updating live.

Resin (SLA) printing
When the details matter more than anything.
Resin printing produces parts with crisp features and smooth surfaces that FDM can't match — miniatures, scale models, master patterns, and small precision components.
Every resin quote is verified by an actual SLA slicer run, measuring the real resin volume and print time for your exact part and layer height.
Exposure settings are tuned per resin, not guessed — the same settings our printers actually use.

Laser cutting & engraving
From vector file to cut parts, fast.
Upload a DXF or SVG and choose what happens: cut everything, engrave everything, or follow your file's own layers and colors (blue strokes and layers named 'engrave' mark engraving).
Our CO₂ laser handles sheets up to 600×400 mm in plywood, MDF, acrylic, leather, cardboard, rubber, and more — and a fiber laser adds permanent, crisp engraving on metals like anodized aluminum.
Pricing is computed from your file's real cut and engrave path lengths, pierce counts, and the material's tested cutting speeds.

Electronics & embedded prototyping

Microcontroller builds on ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico, Arduino-class, and STM32 — with sensors, displays, relays, and Wi-Fi/BLE/LoRa connectivity wired in and working.
We write the embedded software too: firmware in C/C++ or MicroPython with real power management, watchdog recovery, and over-the-air updates. And because the printers and lasers are in the same room, your prototype ships in a custom enclosure, not a project box.
You own everything at handoff — source code, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials — packaged for the jump to PCB design and scale manufacturing when the idea earns it.
